As Director, Labor Services, Gary’s primary focus is on successful service delivery for our largest customers and projects – ensuring consistent global execution and establishing customized processes for our clients’ varying needs. He is responsible for the pre-planning for large client projects including timelines and milestones to ensure that projects run smoothly. In addition, Gary is also closely involved with the recruitment, retention and training of our Project Managers to secure and utilize the best resources for our clients’ projects. Gary joined the Nth Degree team in 1993 serving as Atlanta’s City Manager for over 18 years before being promoted to his current position. As a city manager, Gary managed the operations for Nth Degree’s clients in both Atlanta and 11 satellite locations.
