    When Volvo was ready to launch its all-new Cross Country Wagon and Polestar Performance models to automotive media, they chose Nth Degree to concept and deliver on two very different media ride and drive experiences. Based out of the exclusive Sanctuary resort in Scottsdale, VIP media guests were flown by private plane to Sedona to experience both the range of Volvo’s performance-driven Polestar along twisting scenic roads and the car’s handling and pace at a local track. Additional media waves got to experience the V90 Cross Country on remote dirt roads that highlighted the car’s all-wheel drive capabilities in a breathtaking landscape.     Nth Degree was selected by Bentley Motors to assist in the development and on-site management of three separate VIP experiences during the prestigious Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance. The experiences were located at various spots throughout the property and included a Bentley display at the Quail Lodge Golf Course, a customer hospitality and merchandise installation at the Laguna Seca Race Course, and the transformation of a residential home into an exclusive VIP venue known as the House of Bentley. In addition to providing event, project and labor management, Nth Degree assisted in the creation of an English garden maze for the grand reveal of the brand new Bentley Bentayga model, which resulted in numerous pre-orders for the ultra-exclusive SUV.

    Nth Degree helped Volvo Cars of North America design and execute the global unveil of its C26 Autonomous Driving Concept. The reveal was a two-part event including a VIP media event in Volvo’s Camarillo Design Studios and a full showcase reveal at the Los Angeles Auto Show for more than 500 media guests. Nth Degree was responsible for creating the flow and staging of the events, as well as the on-site construction, AV management and editing, and the management of all on-site production elements.     The centerpiece of Volvo Cars of North America’s 60th Anniversary celebrations was an event held on the New York backlot set at the fabled Paramount Pictures Studios in Los Angeles. Over 400 Volvo customers and media guests engaged in the on-site activities and entertainment. Nth Degree helped create the event from scratch including all creative and design elements such as a drive-in movie theater. In addition, Nth Degree helped two major West Coast Volvo retailers to design and execute a heritage-themed customer day that attracted in excess of 250 potential buyers to the dealerships to see classic Volvo car models and test drive the new models.     As the official graphics provider for this event, Super Color Digital designed and fabricated supporting graphics and branding for various elements including arches, award podium backdrops, directional signage, reach ups, greeters, branded banners, field signage, sponsor signage and standing logos. Nth Degree provided I&D and On-site Labor Management services for this massive project that spanned 6 locations within a 50-mile-radius of downtown LA including the USC and UCLA campuses and the Los Angeles Convention Center. Each location had multiple install sites and set-ups. Nth Degree also provided labor management services for Kaiser Permanente and Deloitte in the sponsor pavilion areas of the event.

The main floor featured a new look from previous years with intricate workstations putting the focus on the client’s product. The entire project was delivered on-time and under budget.

    Nth Degree supported Bentley Motors with all logistics, site planning, hotel management, reception and private function management and on-site implementation for their Bentley Mulsanne Speed media event in Austin. The 4-day event, which hosted 14 journalists from lifestyle and automotive publications, consisted of private meal functions, receptions, a 250-mile road route through Texas Hill Country, and hot laps with Le Mans winner, Derek Bell, at the Circuit of The Americas race track in Austin. Nth Degree also provided logistical support to VIP hospitality events for Bentley customers at the Circuit of The Americas and St. Petersburg race tracks as part of Bentley’s 2015 Pirelli World Challenge program.

    Nth Degree provided strategy, creative direction and execution for the event, including concept, site planning, graphic design, A/V and lighting. The event hosted more than 150 Volvo VIP guests for the media launch of the all-new XC90 model and was spread over 4 different locations in LA: a hotel press conference facility, a beach front dinner, a downtown pop-up store and a downtown rooftop dining experience site. The 108 media guests generated a reach of over 150 million impressions and coverage with an estimated ad value equivalence in excess of $50 million. The XC90 went on to win American Truck of the Year and Motor Trend’s SUV of the Year Award.

The main 25,000-square-foot-exhibit was comprised of several cohesive areas for both Microsoft and Xbox as conceived by overall Design Agency, Envy Create. The exhibit also featured the HALO Experience that consisted of two identical experiential theaters that allowed the audience to be completely immersed in the featured game. Nth Degree provided I&D and On-site Labor Management for this multi-faceted exhibit.

    Los Angeles based Motor Press Guild, the largest automotive media association in North America, selected Nth Degree to re-imagine and execute a new style of event based on their successful Track Day formula. Attended by nearly 200 automotive journalists and OEM representatives, the 2-day program featured product and educational demonstrations, news events and road and track test drives. Nth Degree managed the entire event including sponsorship package development and sales, drive event components, roundtable seminars, venue selection, and supplier team management and negotiations. Nth Degree also revamped the sponsorship packages and increased event revenue by 50% from the previous year.

    The Los Angeles Auto Show marked the U.S. debut of Jaguar Land Rover’s new auto show exhibit properties. Nth Degree provided I&D and on-site Labor Management services for this exhibit that totaled 14,850-square-feet. Each brand had a feature car on display and the exhibit also included mobile content scanning stations allowing customers to download information of interest, as well as touch screens, product demo areas and a content media hub. Nth Degree also provided support for the press event for the launch of the all-wheel drive 2016 Jaguar F-TYPE.
