CONEXPO-CON/AGG is the North America’s largest construction event that happens every three years in Las Vegas. Because of the size of both the exhibits and the equipment on display to meet the needs of the 140,000 attendees, the show utilizes the entire Las Vegas Convention Center and multiple outdoor spaces and lots throughout the city. These spaces present installation challenges due to weather, wind and uneven and rocky surfaces. Nth Degree had to put a fail-proof plan in place to meet these challenges during a 6-week move-in period.
Nth Degree’s Las Vegas team put a detailed plan and timeline in place for each of the 105 projects we managed in the show. Starting with the largest outdoor installations, the team took into account the skill sets and depth needed to install more than 15 double-deck outdoor exhibits for companies like Hitachi, Volvo, Link-Belt, Manitowac and JCB. Then they moved on to the indoor installations in three different halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center. Over the 6-week period, Nth Degree utilized hundreds of team members who contributed to 22,000 total labor hours for the show, battling snow and wind in the early weeks and intense heat closer to show opening.

With over 22,000 hours worked across multiple venues and a team of 250+ crew members on peak days, Nth Degree ensured smooth execution in a dynamic, challenging environment.
