As Anaheim’s city manager, Steve coordinates and implements Nth Degree’s resources in the Southern California market. Steve began his career with Nth Degree in 1989 and has worked his way up from leadman to city manager. His carpentry and organizational skills, leadership and constant strong performance have enabled him to set a high standard for his team that executes an average of 813 projects in 261 shows each year. Despite this demanding schedule, Steve continuously imparts on-site training to enhance his team’s skills. Steve has experience handling projects from a 200-person total labor call to a single 50-person round-the-clock project for clients such as Microsoft, Apple, Toshiba and Unisys. He has close involvement with the local union including Board of Trustee membership managing the Local 831 pension plan and is actively involved with the Local 831 Apprenticeship Board.
