Shannon is responsible for directing HR initiatives including employee relations, compensation & benefits, organizational development and staffing & recruiting, risk management and corporate compliance. Shannon joined Nth Degree in 1995 as Account Director for the Programs area. In 1999, Shannon was appointed Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Nth Degree, Shannon was an exhibit manager with Lanier Worldwide, where she not only managed the exhibit schedule, but also sponsorships & hospitality events.
