Rich became part of Nth Degree’s operations team in 1992 and has been the city manager of Orlando since 2000. The Orlando area is one of the busiest trade show markets in the US with an average of over 714 projects at over 240 shows a year and as city manager, Rich is responsible for planning and implementing company resources for all the projects and trade shows in this area and its satellite cities.  In addition, he is tasked with maintaining the city budget, working closely with clients, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the city. Rich has been an integral leader for Nth Degree and has traveled for and managed projects for several key clients.
