As Las Vegas City Manager, Melvin is responsible for detailed planning and implementation of Nth Degree’s resources in the Las Vegas area. Melvin’s technical skills, calming influence on the chaotic show floor and his responsiveness to clients’ needs help him lead a team that implements over 1400 Projects in 310 Shows each year. Throughout his tenure with Nth Degree, Melvin has always been a front-line problem solver. He has managed large-scale projects for Unisys and Timberland and led teams at top shows like World Shoe Association and Outdoor Retailer. He has fostered strong relationships with show management, the venues and the general contractors in the key Las Vegas market – relationships that benefit our clients every day.
