John Yohe, President

As President and Chief Financial Officer, John Yohe's leadership and financial expertise help to ensure the success of our company and our clients' diverse face-to-face marketing initiatives worldwide. John became part of the Nth Degree team in 2001 as Chief Financial Officer, and after two short years accepted the role of President.

Nth Degree and our customers benefit from John's fiscally responsible approach, industry knowledge, and prudent leadership. Because John's dedication to customer satisfaction infiltrates every aspect of our organization, our clients can count on consistent service delivery from Nth Degree at all levels.

Prior to joining Nth Degree, John spent nearly nine years at Sterling Software in positions of increasing responsibility within the company's financial organization and was vice president of finance at Sterling Software in the company's Central Europe Division.

Scott Bennett, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing

As Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Scott Bennett leads the Nth Degree sales team in developing face-to-face marketing solutions for our clients worldwide.

Under Scott's leadership, the Nth Degree sales team is focused on innovation and growing to meet our customers' evolving needs. Scott's extensive knowledge and energetic attitude ensures that the Nth Degree sales professionals develop unique solutions for their clients. His customer-centric, results-driven approach has enabled him to help Fortune 500 companies like Cisco, HP and Volvo maximize their event marketing investments. His network of partners and long-term relationships (based on 24 years of Nth Degree experience) with numerous exhibit houses, design firms and suppliers worldwide help him bring best-in-class resources to each customer program.

Karen Daniele, Vice President & General Manager, Nth Degree Events

As Vice President & General Manager, Nth Degree Events, Karen is responsible for growing and overseeing Nth Degree's event marketing business. She is always on the go, doing whatever she can to make our clients' programs a success.

Karen leads the teams in Boston, San Francisco and Atlanta offices. She has over 20 years of industry experience and expertise in all aspects of events and trade shows. In addition to leading Nth Degree Events, Karen specializes in Exhibit and Sponsorship Sales to help our clients generate revenue for their events. Karen has designed customized sponsorship packages for such companies as IBM, Lotus, Microsoft, HP/Compaq, Entrust, Netscape, Apple, and SGI.

Steve Daugherty, Vice President, Labor Operations

As Vice President, Labor Operations, Steve Daugherty leads the Nth Degree Labor Operations teams. Steve's "Whatever It Takes" approach and positive outlook encourage all of our city management teams, leadpeople and on-site project managers to give 110% on the trade show floor.

During his more than 20-year career with
Nth Degree, Steve has served in numerous positions in the Nth Degree labor operations organization, most recently as Director of Planning and also as a leadperson, a Master Foreman, a Project Manager, and Operations Manager.

Lisa Ramsey, Vice President, Operations, Nth Degree Events

As Vice President, Operations, Nth Degree Events, Lisa Ramsey directs a geographically diverse team responsible for all aspects of planning and organizing conferences and exhibitions worldwide. She has over 17 years of experience in the events industry, and has helped lead the growth of the Events team from a few professionals to over 40, from managing a handful of domestic projects to managing dozens of comprehensive programs, and from offering few technological management solutions to offering some of the most advanced tools in the business.

Shannon Scherer, Vice President, Human Resources & Administration

As Vice President, Human Resources & Administration, Shannon Scherer is responsible for directing all HR initiatives including employee relations, compensation & benefits, organizational development and staffing & recruiting, risk management and corporate compliance.

Shannon joined Nth Degree in 1995 as Account Director for the Programs area. In 1999, Shannon was appointed Director of Human Resources. Prior to joining Nth Degree, Shannon was an exhibit manager with Lanier Worldwide, where she not only managed the exhibit schedule, but she also managed sponsorship & hospitality events. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management.
